Please contact customer support via email at info@alytude.it requesting availability and delivery times by indicating the model, colour and desired size.

Our delivery times are 4/7 working days with shipments within Italy, 7-15 working days for
international shipments. Further details will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Pre-order items have a delivery time of approximately 10/15 days for shipments within Italy,
15-20 working days for international shipments. Further details will be communicated at the
time of ordering.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can express your desire to withdraw within 48 hours from the moment the product is delivered and follow our instructions so that it returns to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the moment the product is delivered.


It is necessary to indicate in the shipment the name used at the time of purchase and the five-digit order number.

We ask you to pay attention to the instructions, we will only accept returned items that
follow the instructions and that comply with the return conditions below:

  • The absence or removal of the tag or seal will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  • Damage to the garment due to incorrect washing. Make sure you read the washing and care instructions first.
  • We will not allow returns on clothes that have been worn, have visible stains or holes. Any odor, marks or creases caused by the body will be considered a sign of wear.
  • Any complaint regarding the delivery of the Product(s) or the desire to return must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the Product(s). After the request, the item must be returned within 14 days. Otherwise, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the replacement. The item must be shipped in its original condition and according to the following shipping conditions.

Procedure

  • Log in to your account: Click on the profile icon. If you are browsing from a mobile phone, click on “registration/login” in the left menu. From the login you can access the Orders section, where you can view the 5-digit order number associated with your purchase, for which you wish to request a return.
  • Send an email to info@alytude.it from the email address used during registration with the subject: RETURN Order + 5-digit order number that you see in the Orders section of the site.

In the body of the email, specify the name and surname of the requester, which must coincide with the registered account that placed the order, the item for which the return is requested, if the order includes more than one, and the reason for the return.

  • Our back-office team will take charge of the request and if it meets the requirements, i.e. has been received within 48 hours of receiving the Product(s), will respond to the email by attaching a Return Request Form to be filled in in all its parts and re-sent via email to info@alytude.it in response to the thread relating to the return request.
  • Send the Return: Our back-office team will take charge of the request, sending you the return label to print and informing you on the methods of collection of the shipment, which will be managed by the SDA courier appointed by us.

Shipping Procedure:

  • Place the item you wish to return in its original box. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you must use a similar box.
  • Print the return label to deliver together with the package to the courier, on the date on which the collection will be made, which will be previously communicated to you.
  • As soon as we receive the return, we will carry out quality control as soon as possible.
  • Once the quality control has been carried out, if the item does not show signs of wear, the refund will be made in the same manner as the payment within 15 working days from the day of return, withholding the shipping costs, which in the case of returns are always the responsibility of the Customer. If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, the return request will be rejected , no refund will be provided and the return shipping costs will be charged.

It will also be the buyer’s responsibility to take care of the additional costs and arrange for the item to be collected by a courier for return from our warehouse to the sender, should the buyer still decide to want the item back.

If the size is incorrect, within 48 hours from the time the product is delivered, you can request an exchange, so that we can arrange the shipment to return it to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the time the product is delivered.

  • Send the item for Exchange: Our back-office team will take charge of the request, sending you the return label to print and informing you on the methods of collection of the shipment, which will be managed by the SDA courier appointed by us.

  • As soon as we receive the goods, we will carry out quality control as soon as possible.
  • Once the quality control has been carried out, if the item is found to have no signs of wear, we will send the new item in the correct size within 15 working days from the day of return, without any charge or shipping costs.
    If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, the exchange request will be denied and shipping costs will be charged. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to take care of the additional costs and organize the collection of the item via a courier for the return from our warehouse to the sender, if the buyer decides to keep the item anyway. Furthermore, the Customer can proceed independently with the purchase of a new item in the correct size.
